80th ANNIVERSARY SEASON 2014/2015

Monday 1st September
  Launch of the 80th anniversary season and of a new booklet on unknown Barking artist Frank Tingey by Bill George.

Monday 6th October
  Notorious militant: the story of  the TGWU/UNITE BRANCH  at the Ford Motor Company, Dagenham, talk by Sheila Cohen.

November
  80 th anniversary talk: The Glennys of Barking
, by Keith Glenny.

Monday 1st December
  Christmas quiz with mince pies and nibbles .

   AGM followed by History of the Stowe Maries Aerodrome, Essex,
an illustrated talk by Roger Smith.

Monday 1st June
  Ghosts and graves of Barking and Dagenham,
an illustrated talk by Linda Rhodes.
