NOVEMBER 2013 NOTICES

SOCIETY NEWS

The December coach trip to Rochester is now full. Please let us have your suggestions for trips next year.

The guided tour of Trinity House last month organised by Sylvia Daly was a great success; I was unable to attend, but I have received many positive comments on the visit.

My thanks to Richard Chapman for helping on our stall at the Readers’ Evening at the Dagenham Library, Heathway on 25th October 2013.

Margaret and Bryan Tester will be at our November and December meetings with a selection of their greeting cards.

Many thanks to all those members who donate prizes for our weekly and coach raffles.

Our next talk is on Monday 2nd December when Julian Whybra pays a welcome return visit to give a talk on the History of Morris Dancing.  Join us afterwards for a glass of wine and a mince pie (yes, Christmas is that close!).
