TREASURER’S REPORT: Circulated and agreed. Richard Chapman thanked Bill Dale for examining the society's accounts.

ELECTION OF OFFICERS: The following were elected for the coming year:

ELECTION OF COMMITTEE MEMBERS: Joy Lines, June Johnson and Irene Flitcroft were elected for the coming year.

ANY OTHER BUSINESS:
Bill George (President and Newsletter editor) announced that it was felt the title Newsletter did not reflect the range of items it now included and asked for alternative suggestions. Margaret Nicholls suggested Annual News.
Eric Feasey praised Bill George and the website he maintains on behalf of the Society.
Bill George thanked the committee for its hard work throughout the year.
