Explore the history of Chadwell Heath and surrounding areas, local history society stalls, Barking and Dagenham Heritage Service, Newham Bookshop, Barking Photographic Society and much more.  refreshments  on sale.

Chadwell Heath rail station is 10 minutes walk away and buses 62, 86, 173, 362 and 368 all stop nearby.

Dear all,

The 4th Chadwell Heath History Fair at St.Chad's Church Hall, St. Chad's  Road, Chadwell Heath on Saturday 26th April 10am - 4pm 2014 set to become the best yet!

The East of London Family History Society has become our latest exhibitor.

A Come and meet the authors area is  a new addition to the fair authors include Brian Evans, the Havering historian, Linda Rhodes (award winning author of The Dagenham murder, the Romford outrage, etc), John Haley and Terry Felton with their new book Romford Football Club: 1976 - 1920 and Nicky Scowen (Searching for the lost boys: the World War One memorial , St.Chad's Church, Chadwell Heath).

The Mayor and Mayoress of Barking and Dagenham will be visiting  the fair at 2pm.
